Good filter, easy setup
I ordered the PlanetCare 2.0 Microfiber Filter Starter Kit last month. It took about 6 days to get to my place in California. Installation was straightforward, the instructions were clear enough. I used the Universal Adapter and it fit fine on my older machine. The filter housing feels sturdy. I've changed the cartridge once already, it was full as expected. Support answered a quick question I had about the return box program promptly. It's doing what it says, collecting lint.
Consistent performance
